Hey Y'all!

I'm Lily! I would love to type this long paragraph about how I love my family, friends, octopuses, Captain America , hiking and really anything outdoors but that is not really what you came here to find out is it?

I could tell you that I have loved art all my life, and found my passion in graphic design in a high school classroom working with my peers to create a 17 foot tall animated christmas light in which a reindeer UFO beamed up Santa. I could tell you that I showed the wide possibilities of design and what you could accomplish as a team and the value of that team having people of all different backgrounds and skills. How much you learn from each other, and how hard welding is.

Or I could tell you about the numerous clubs that I am a part of. How my favorite part of being the junior graphic designer in my school's, Anderson University school of the arts, chapter of AIGA was creating mustard cat (my design school's unofficial mascot) comic strips or how I loved capturing moments of silliness and laughter as the photographer for my school's student led type foundry and club, AUTF.

Or even how during my time as an intern for Anderson University's marketing department I learned that presenting work to my boss was a lot less scary than I thought.

I could even tell you about how much I love designing the experience of a website, the flow of information, the animations, and the user testing. Or that my favorite part of the design process is the ideation stage, because at that stage the possibilities are endless.

But all that really matters is that I am a graphic and web designer, illustrator and photographer.
